FAQs

What does the recruitment process look like?

Applications for our 2026 graduate intake open:

  • Engineering: March 11
  • Finance: April 14
  • Corporate and Customer: April 14
  • Information Technology: not currently recruiting for 2026

The recruitment process is outlined below.

  1. Learn about us and our graduate program: Get to know us better by talking to us at campus events and researching our business online. Find out more about us, learn about what we do, meet our people, and discover how our graduate program aligns with your skills and career goals.
  2. Online application: Click through to apply. You will need to complete some questions and attach a resume, your academic record and a cover letter. Use your cover letter to tell us about yourself, your motivation for applying, and where you would like to see your career developing.
  3. Online testing and video interview: If your initial online application is successful, you will be invited to complete a selection of testing modules in the form of gamified puzzles, followed by a short, pre-recorded video interview consisting of 2-3 questions. This is a chance for us to find out a bit more about you, your aspirations and what you would like to get out of the graduate program.
  4. Interviews and assessment: If all goes well, you will be invited to meet us in person. Come prepared to answer a variety of questions, and please feel free to ask us any questions you may have about us, about what we do, or about our graduate program! The format of the interviews (behavioural, group assessment, or technical) will depend on the role you are interviewing for. Regardless of the format, try to relax and enjoy the process. Interviews provide us with an opportunity to get to know you, as well as giving you a chance to showcase your full self and ask questions that will help you determine if our program is a good fit for you.
  5. Offer: Selected candidates will receive a verbal offer from the team. Not long after, an official contract will be emailed through to the candidate.
