The CitiPower/Powercor Technical Standards and Works Practices website (Contractor Portal) has been developed for the use of approved CitiPower/Powercor contractors, recognised Option 2 contractors and partner groups, such as councils, government departments, specialty companies, etc.

As a contractor, or partner to CitiPower/Powercor, there may be times when you need this essential information.

To ensure a prompt response to your registration request, please complete all the information requested.

What we’ll need from you:

• Contractor ID (if applicable)
• The name of a CitiPower/Powercor Responsible Officer (your primary contact) or a Principle Contractor working within CitiPower/Powercor (that you are working with).

The Contractor Portal access request process and our IT security policy requires this information to approve third-parties access to our IT systems.
